TERMS OF SERVICE — Cynnali™

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Cynnali™ and any customer making a purchase on the cynnali.com website (including all of its subdomains and international versions).

Any order placed on our website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are dietary supplements, including Ceylon cinnamon extract softgels with MCT oil, marketed under the Cynnali™ brand.

The essential characteristics of the products (ingredients, suggested use, serving size) are presented on each product page and on the product label. Customers are encouraged to read this information carefully before purchasing.

Cynnali™ products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not a replacement for prescribed medication or professional medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication (including blood sugar medication), or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any adverse reaction occurs.

Article 3 — Prices
Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency, including any applicable taxes. Cynnali™ reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Promotional offers (bundle offers such as "buy 2, get 1 free" and multi-packs) are valid while stocks last and for the duration indicated on the website.

Article 4 — Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been validated. A confirmation email is sent to the customer within minutes of validation.

Cynnali™ reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a stock shortage.

Article 5 — Shipping
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. The estimated delivery time for the United States is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a firm commitment.

Shipping is free on all orders.

In the event of non-receipt of a package, the customer must contact us at contact@cynnali.com. Any request for a refund or reshipment on the grounds of non-receipt will require a signed written statement confirming non-receipt of the package. We will then investigate with the carrier and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Article 6 — Money-Back Guarantee
Cynnali™ offers a commercial 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to all customers, in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact contact@cynnali.com within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return conditions: because we want you to actually experience the product, opened and partially used products are fully eligible under our guarantee. The guarantee applies to your first order of a product. For orders of multiple units, unopened items must be returned in their original sealed packaging. Any return sent without prior written approval from our customer service cannot be accepted or refunded.

Article 7 — Product Exchange
If the product received does not suit the customer, Cynnali™ offers a free exchange while stocks last. The customer must contact contact@cynnali.com within 30 days of receiving their order, specifying the desired replacement product. Unopened products must be returned in their original sealed packaging. Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.

Article 8 — Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after the request has been approved (and the return received and inspected, if applicable), using the original payment method.

The refunded amount corresponds to the full sum paid at the time of the order, with no hidden fees or restocking charges.

Article 9 — Liability
Cynnali™ cannot be held responsible for any adverse reaction resulting from misuse of the product, use that does not comply with the label directions, use exceeding the recommended serving, or an undisclosed specific health condition or medication interaction. Customers are encouraged to carefully read the product label before use.

Cynnali™ products are dietary supplements. No promise of cure, medical treatment, or guaranteed health outcome is made. Individual results may vary depending on physiology, diet, lifestyle, and each person's state of health.

Our products do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment in any way. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are taking medication or managing a health condition such as diabetes.

Article 10 — Personal Data
The data collected when placing an order is used only to process that order. It is never sold to third parties. In accordance with applicable privacy laws, customers may access, correct, or delete their data by contacting contact@cynnali.com.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property
All elements on the cynnali.com website (logo, brand, photographs, text, videos, illustrations) are the exclusive property of Cynnali™. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Customers are encouraged to contact us at contact@cynnali.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
